Villa Carlotta Holiday Home is a cozy property located in Colico, in the heart of nature. Surrounded by a beautiful landscape with a swimming pool and mountain views, it offers guests everything needed for a relaxing and restful stay.

Villa Carlotta Colico opened in 2023 with the mission of providing high-quality service while paying special attention to environmental sustainability. Most of the energy used for air conditioning and hot water is self-produced thanks to a fully green system with solar panels and a heat pump. The gardens and fruit trees are irrigated with collected rainwater, and the swimming pool is chlorine-free, using salt to minimize environmental impact.
