From Rural Roots to Green Sustainability
Villa Carlotta was once an old country house with a barn, but it has been completely rebuilt with a forward-looking vision. Today, it is fully green: thanks to the photovoltaic system, the houses are heated or cooled while consuming very little electricity. Additionally, the water used to irrigate the gardens comes from a tank that collects rainwater, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
