On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area, including a dining kitchen and a cozy lounge with a fireplace, along with a guest bathroom. There is also a 30-square-meter porch where you can enjoy outdoor meals and relax on the large outdoor sofa.

On the first floor, the sleeping area features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a 30-square-meter terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.

Pets are not allowed.
The villa is ideal for up to 5 guests (or 6 using the sofa bed in the living room).

You can unwind, read, and fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the garden, also making exclusive use of the gazebo set in the middle of the private garden.
